Eyefinity Announces Alliance Partnership with Signet Armorlite to Promote Ophthalmic Lenses and PracticePlus^SM Online

FOLSOM, CA, May 14, 2003 -- Eyefinity, the optical industry's most widely used Internet portal, and Signet Armorlite, a leading ophthalmic lens manufacturer have recently announced an e-commerce partnership to promote Signet Armorlite's Kodak lenses, Corning SunSensors lenses and PracticePlus online through eyefinity.com.

This agreement will feature Signet Armorlite's Kodak lens products to Eyefinity's base of over 20,000 private eye care practitioners. Among the lens products to be offered online will be Kodak Precise™ progressives, which include Corning's® SunSensors® Gray and Brown, EvoClear™, PolyClear™, and standard Resin.

Signet Armorlite's PracticePlus, also featured online to Eyefinity users, offers members practice-building funds for each pair of qualifying Kodak lenses dispensed that can be applied to staff compensation, education, training, or other programs that promote a strong practice.
