Kenmark Group and Eyefinity Announce Agreement to Offer Kenmark Collections Online

FOLSOM, CA, May 7, 2003 -- Kenmark Group, a leading eyewear frame supplier, has joined with Eyefinity, the optical industry's most widely used Internet portal, to offer their complete portfolio of frame collections online through eyefinity.com.

With this strategic alliance, Kenmark's frame lines will be available through a co-branded online catalog in Eyefinity's online order center beginning mid-2003. Kenmark's popular collections include Hush Puppies® Eyewear, Timex® Optical Eyewear, Thalia Eyewear, Celine Dion Eyes, Wolverine® Eyewear for Men, Wolverine® Safety Eyewear, CW Bliss™, Comfort Flex®, Destiny and Gallery®.
