Eyefinity Teams With Safilo USA in eCommerce Agreement to Offer Safilo Frames Online at eyefinity.com

FOLSOM, CA -- October 29, 2002 -- Eyefinity, the optical industry's most widely used Internet portal has joined into an alliance partnership with Safilo Group, one of the industry's leading eyewear manufacturers, to offer Safilo USA's vast line of ophthalmic and sunwear collections via Eyefinity's online catalogs.

With this agreement, Safilo USA's eyewear products will be available through eBuy, Eyefinity's online purchase center starting early in 2003.
