New Internet Company Launches in April as Exclusive Destination for VSP eClaims

RANCHO CORDOVA, CA, March 9, 2000 -- Eye care doctors in private practice across the country will have cutting-edge access to e-commerce solutions and capabilities when Eyefinity.com launches in April.

Established by Vision Service Plan as a separate, for profit organization, Eyefinity^SM will immediately have a strong base of nearly 14,000 office users when the new Web site becomes the exclusive destination for all VSP electronic claims submission and other services. More than one million transactions are expected the first month of operation.
